Shipping Details

  1. Do you deliver products internationally?

    Clarity Deal ships worldwide and takes within 10-20 days delivery. Countries includes (United State (USA), Australia (AU), United Kindom (U.K), Canada (Ca), Republic of Korea, France, Norway, Israel, Germany, Switzerland, Denmark, Hungary, Italy, Luxembourg, New Zealand, Poland, Netherlands, Sweden, Turkey, Finland, Ireland, Portugal, Brazil, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Ukraine, Mexico.

Note: Other Countries that are not mentioned above takes longer delivery time (within 40-60 days)

 

  1. How long does delivery take?

    For some of our items located in the USA takes less than 15 days. For other items it would Usually take within 10-20 days, however at holidays time of the year, due to high demand of and the busy season, deliveries takes a bit longer than usual, but rest assured that all items we sent are insured and secured.

  1. I've placed an order with multiple items recently, can I combine them into one package? 

    Most orders are sent in one package however, due to some of our items are in a separate warehouse, some orders will be shipped separately. Do not worry as we always take good care and make sure all items will be sent successfully and completely.

 

  1. Do you offer Free Shipping?

Most of our products are free shipping. Some of our products required a small amount of shipping fee for the first product + lesser amount additional shipping fee for additional items included in one order.

 

  1. I have waited over the 10-20 days expected delivery but I still did not receive my item?

  1. The item I love is out of stock, Is there a waiting list?

We always do our best to make sure that all of our items are available. If in case an item isn’t available, please allow us for some days to have our factory produce another stock. You can always email us at admin@claritydeal.com to let us know if you have any specific items you wish to see on our store.

 

  1. I entered the wrong shipping address or ordered the wrong quantity, how can I adjust my order?

  1. How do I check the status or track my order?

    You can track your order status in real time by entering your order information on the Track Your Order page by clicking the “Track Your Order” on the navigation menu. 

 

  1. How long does it take to process?

After an order has been placed, it's immediately sent to one of our fulfillment centers where we will ship your items within 2-4 business days.

Please note: Due to the popularity of certain items in our catalog, processing times may take longer than the estimates.

 

  1. How can I cancel my order and have a refund?

 If you want to cancel your order, please contact us immediately through our facebook chat (https://www.facebook.com/ClarityDeal/). If the item has already been shipped before the cancel, unfortunately we won’t accept the cancellation.

 

  1. I am unable to track the package with the tracking number you provide?

Please allow for a few days for the courier to update your tracking information. Incase tracking info is still not showing anything within 48 hours, you can contact us at admin@claritydeal.com or chat with us on our facebook page(https://www.facebook.com/ClarityDeal/).

 

  1. I placed multiple items in my order but only received 1?

Because some of our items are on another warehouse, shipping will be done separately. But rest assured that all of the items you ordered will arrive. In case items still did not arrive after the estimate delivery date, you can contact us at admin@claritydeal.com or chat with us on our facebook page(https://www.facebook.com/ClarityDeal/).

 

  1. Why is the price changing when I checkout to purchase the items?

This is because our item is in USD thus our system will automatically calculate the conversion to your country.

 

  1. I have not yet received my package. It said delivered, but I have not seen it?

There are times that the courier can’t deliver your item to your doorstep due to several reasons. If this happens, please contact your local post office immediately to pickup your item.

 

  1. The item I received is not the one I ordered.

First of all, if this happens we truly apologize for the inconvenience caused. You can immediately contact us thru facebook chat (https://www.facebook.com/ClarityDeal/) so we can accommodate you immediately and we will ship you another one.

Note: This only applies if we have mistakenly sent the wrong item. If it’s a customer mistake, we take it as buyers responsibility.

 

  1. I want to change my order; can I still change it?

Yes ofcourse. As long as we haven’t shipped your item out yet. Please contact us immediately thru facebook message so we can accommodate you as soon as possible (https://www.facebook.com/ClarityDeal/).

 

  1. I was charged for two items but I only purchased 1. Can I get a refund?

Yes ofcourse! We will immediately send you a refund. Please contact us immediately thru facebook message so we can accommodate you as soon as possible (https://www.facebook.com/ClarityDeal/).

 

  1. Would like to exchange the size of the shoes we ordered. How can we go about doing that?

If we have mistakenly sent you a wrong size, we will pay for the shipback and will ship you the correct size immediately. However if we did not sent the wrong size, you may need to shipback the shoes on your own expense and we will send you a new size as requested.

Note: All our shoes has a size chart on every product page. Please make sure to check on it before ordering to make sure you get the correct size for you.

 

  1. I received my order but it wasn't the color that I wanted?

If we mistakenly sent you the correct Color, we will immediately send you the correct one and we will be paying for the item ship-back for you to send the item back to us. But if we sent you the correct color, we take it as buyers responsibility thus we won’t send another one unless you ship us back the item on your own expense.

Your credit card information and personal details are encrypted during transmission using SSL (secure socket layer technology), which is widely used on the Internet for processing payments. Your credit card information is only used to complete the requested transaction and is not subsequently stored.

 

  1. Do you charge sales tax?

The tax is already included in the price.

 

  1. How can I pay for my order?

We accept all major Credit/Debit cards. You may also pay for your order with your PayPal account or Amazon Payments account.
