If we have mistakenly sent you a wrong size, we will pay for the shipback and will ship you the correct size immediately. However if we did not sent the wrong size, you may need to shipback the shoes on your own expense and we will send you a new size as requested.
Note: All our shoes has a size chart on every product page. Please make sure to check on it before ordering to make sure you get the correct size for you.
If we mistakenly sent you the correct Color, we will immediately send you the correct one and we will be paying for the item ship-back for you to send the item back to us. But if we sent you the correct color, we take it as buyers responsibility thus we won’t send another one unless you ship us back the item on your own expense.
